MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
The Memorandum of Understanding entered into the 12`h day of November, 2009,
by and between the Town of Tiburon and Martha Co., as amended on March 22, 2010,
June 9, 2011, and April 3, 2012, is hereby amended as follows:
e The termination date shown in Paragraph 10 is changed from December 31, 2013
to December 31, 2014.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment #4
to the Memorandum of Understanding as of the date written below and have initialed the
hand- written changes on the attached Exhibit A.
