MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Nygren called the adjourned meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon to order at 7:35 P.M., Tuesday, May 24, 1994 in Room 5, Del Mar School,
Tiburon, California.

1. CONTINUED - MARINERO ESTATES PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
(AP. #58-100-20, AND 21; Applicants: Treffinger Walz & MacLeod, John Collette,
Receiver for Internal Revenue Service, Owners: Harry Stonehill & Robert Brooks -
Review Proposal to Construct at Least 21 Homes at the End of Lyford Drive)
Councilmember Ginalski submitted reasons for excusing himself as he had done at the
initial Town Council public hearing. He submitted a memorandum to the Council with
suggested conditions to the Marinero Estates Precise Development Plan application.
The Mayor noted the public hearing has been closed.
The Council reviewed the draft Resolution to approve 19 lots and made numerous
changes.
John Collette, Collette & Erickson, stated they will state their overriding objections to
the many changes proposal in writing; didn't want their lack of objections this evening
to be taken as a signal that they agree to anything that has been done.
Motion:
To direct the Town Attorney to review the revised draft Resolution and return
the matter to the Town Council on June 1 to set a Council meeting date,
probably June 8, 1994.

There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon,
Mayor Nygren adjourned the meeting sine die.
