RESOLUTION NO. 45-2001
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3417 REGARDING
PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA
The Town Council of the Town ofTiburon does hereby resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2000 the Town Council adopted Resolution No. 3417
establishing certain parking restrictions, including curb markings, in the Downtown area; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that modifications to certain curb
markings established by Resolution No. 3417 are warranted due to unforeseen circumstances that
have become apparent since adoption of Resolution No. 3417; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 23-42(a) of the Tiburon Municipal Code, the
Council may authorize by Resolution the establishment and designation of parking and loading
zones.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon that subparagraph (2) of Resolution No. 3417 is hereby amended to read as follows:

2. The north side oflower Main Street shall contain a white zone, approximately
48 feet in length and located generally in front of20-28 Main Street. Said
white zone shall allow passenger loading and unloading for a maximum of
three (3) minutes any day. No buses shall be allowed to stop, stand, load or
unload passengers in said white zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
ofTiburon, State of California, held this 18th day ofJuly, 2001, by the following vote:
