Please note that the Design Review Board is not able to undertake extended discussion, or take action on, items that do not appear on this agenda. DR2017119 & VAR2017043; Kamran & Ori Shirazi, Owners; Site Plan and Architectural Review for construction of a new 2,760 square foot single-family dwelling, with a variance for excess lot coverage. The project would cover 3,260 square feet (38.7%) of the site, which is greater than the 30.0% maximum lot coverage permitted in the R-1 zone. Assessor's Parcel No. 055-212-05. [KO] 2. 2010 PARADISE DRIVE: File Nos. DR2017117, FAE2017011, VAR2017039, VAR2017040, VAR2017041, & VAR2017042; Kia Zandvakili, Owner; Site Plan and Architectural Review for the construction of a new two-story 2,461 square foot single- family dwelling with the following Variance requests: 1) to allow the proposed house to be located at the front property line where a 15 foot front setback is required in the R-2 zone, 2) to allow lot coverage of 75% where 35% is allowed in the R-2 zone, 3) to allow the proposed house to be located 6 feet from the west side property line where 8 feet is required in the R-2 zone, and 4) to allow the structure to be 38 feet high where 30 feet is allowed in the R-2 zone.
