A RESOLUTION OF THE
TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF OPEN SPACE EASEMENT
OVER PORTIONS OF THREE LOTS IN THE ROUND HILL OAKS SUBDIVISION
LOCATED ON ROUND HILL ROAD
ASSESSOR PARCEL NO. 58-301-26
Section 1. Recitals.
WHEREAS, on August 19,1998, the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon approved
a Precise Development Plan for four homes on 3.68 acres ofland located on Round Hill Road;
and
WHEREAS, a primary benefit of the project was the inclusion of substantial portions
of the property within an open space easement intended to preserve permanent visual and open
space characteristics of the property. The aforementioned open space easement was to be
offered for dedication to the Town of Tiburon prior to approval ofa Parcel Map, and

WHEREAS, the owner, TRI Development Company LLC, has submitted said grant of
open space easement, which has been reviewed and accepted by Town Staff as adequate and
forwarded to the Town Council.
Section 2. Acceptance of Grant,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon hereby accepts the grant of open space easement, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and
directs that the Town Clerk record the grant together with this Resolution.
